Coach Zak Taylor resigned from his position as head football coach at Glen Este High School. During his 12 years as head coach, Zak compiled a 77-50 record. Coach Taylor led the Trojans to the playoffs 4 times.
“Zak has done a great job at Glen Este. In terms of football, he has transformed the football program and is respected around the city. His knowledge and passion for the game will be missed;” added Dan Simmons
Zak will remain as a social studies teacher at Glen Este High School. Glen Este High School will search for his successor in the near future.
